A: Bring your TIP Card, a copy of your birth certificate, proof of residency, and any additional identification required by the OMV.

Payments & Refunds

Q: Do you offer a payment plan?
A: Yes. Pay your $75 deposit to reserve your seat, then:

  • Payment 1: Due before the classroom portion begins.

  • Payment 2: Due before your behind-the-wheel lessons.

Q: Can I pay the full balance online?
A: You may pay the $75 deposit online. The remaining balance must be paid in person on the first day of class.

Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Yes, in certain cases. If you cancel in writing at least 5 business days before class starts, if you are not accepted by the school, or if the school discontinues a course, you will receive a full refund. Refunds are not available once the classroom portion is completed, or if a student is dismissed for behavior. All refunds are processed within 30 days by company check.

Classroom & Scheduling

Q: What happens if I miss a class or lesson?
A:

  • Students (or parents/guardians for teens) must notify the school at least 48 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule a classroom session or behind-the-wheel lesson.

  • A $75 cancellation fee will be charged if notice is not given within 48 hours.

  • This policy applies in all cases — including illness, withdrawal, termination of enrollment, or failure to attend.

  • The fee will be added to the student’s account and must be paid before continuing training.
