Refund/Fees Policy

At 504 Driving Academy, we are committed to providing quality driver education services. To ensure fairness and consistency, the following refund policy applies to all students.

1. Deposits

• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• A deposit is required to secure a spot in class.

2. Cancellations

• Students who cancel their registration at least 5 days before the scheduled class start date may receive a refund of tuition paid, excluding the deposit.

• A $75 fee will be charged  for any cancelled or reschedule behind the wheel sessions and must be paid before another session can be scheduled. 

3. No Shows, Missed & Withdrawals

• Students who fail to attend class or withdraw after the class has begun are not eligible for a refund.

• Students who misses or is late for a class has to make-up  or repeat that class. 

4. Behind-the-Wheel Training

• No refund will be issued once behind-the-wheel instruction has begun.

• A $75 fee will be charged  for any cancelled or reschedule behind the wheel sessions and must be paid before another session can be scheduled. 

• Students must complete their behind-the-wheel instruction within 120 days (teens) or 90 days (adults) in accordance with Louisiana Title 55 regulations.

5. Road Skills Test

• Road Skills Test fees are non-refundable once scheduled.

• A failed test may be rescheduled for an additional fee.

6. School Cancellations

• If 504 Driving Academy cancels a class, students will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer to another available class.
